  PAYMENTS

  • Monthly payments are due to the insurance company itself, not our agency.  It is best if you send payments to the company, to arrive prior to the due date.

  • You can also make payments in our agency, which we will send to the insurance company for you.  Please bring your premium invoice or coupon, as this will speed up the processing.

  • In almost all cases, there is no longer a grace period on auto policies.  Especially on renewals, you should make sure payment is received by the due date to ensure continuous coverage.

At this time, we cannot offer an online feature to check your account.  It is a great advantage to offer insurance through so many different companies, but the drawback is that they each have their own, unique billing system, impossible to reconcile in a single database.  Sorry.
