Directions from Augusta

CAUTION:  These mileages are just rough estimates until we get a chance to measure them.

• From Augusta area, take I-20 East towards Columbia
• Takes Batesburg-Leesville / Hwy. #178 exit (Exit 39) and follow #178 towards Batesburg-Leesville.
• Before getting to Batesburg-Leesville, fork off right on Hwy. #245.  Follow #245 around downtown until it intersects with Hwy. #391.
• Take #391 towards Prosperity.  You will pass through a traffic circle, and cross Lake Murray twice.
• After the second time you cross Lake Murray, go about 2 miles.  St. Lukes Church Road forks off to left. Take it.  (This is at top of a hill and can sneak up on you.  Pay attention.)
• Go about 4-5 miles to stop sign, where you'll see St. Lukes Lutheran Church.  Turn left at stop sign onto Stoney Hill Road.
• Go about 1/2 mile and turn right on Elbert Hunter Road.
• Go about 1/2 mile.  Elbert Hunter dead-ends into Counts Sausage Road.  Turn left.
• Go to second gravel road, which is Minick Lane.  Turn left.  (CAUTION:  the first gravel road on the left is "Minick Road".  Don't turn there, you'll end up going around in circles.)
• Our driveway forks off on the right, just past the two white mailboxes.  Follow signs to "Hole One" or "277" and park near house.

Alternate directions from Augusta, especially north of Augusta in the Edgefield or IDGC vicinity.

• Go to Saluda, SC, and exit on #194 towards Prosperity.  (Sorry, more detailed directions later....until then, get a map).
• Turn left on Hwy.#395.
• After crossing Saluda River, go about 3 miles, and turn right on Counts Sausage Road.
• Go about 2 miles, turn right on Minick Lane.
• Our driveway forks off on the right, just past the two white mailboxes.  Follow signs to "Hole One" or "277" and park near house.
